Terms of Sale
The contract between you and Haperture Ltd when you order a print.
Haperture is a trading name of Concept by Hannah Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and VAT registered. These terms govern the sale of prints by Concept by Hannah Ltd through haperture.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order. If we do, we will refund any amount charged and explain why.
2. Price and payment
All prices on the site are in GBP and include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. Your order total is shown at checkout before payment.
Payment is taken at the point of order via Revolut Business. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay.
3. Made to order
Every print is produced specifically for your order. We do not hold stock. Lead times are shown on each product page and in Shipping & Returns.
4. Risk and title
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment has cleared in full.
5. Damages
If your print arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will reprint and reship at no cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Because every print is made to order, the standard Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods. However:
- If you notify us within 2 hours of placing an order and we have not yet sent the file to the lab, we will cancel the order and refund in full.
- If production has started, we cannot cancel.
7. Limited editions
Limited editions are final sale. Each edition is numbered and accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity. Once the edition is exhausted it will not be reprinted at the same size on the same material.
8. Copyright
All images on this site are the copyright of the photographer. Purchase of a print confers the right to display the physical print; it does not confer any reproduction, commercial, or digital-display rights. Use of the images for any purpose other than displaying your physical print requires written permission.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
